How do you remove moss from a roof?
Pacific Pride Roofing will not force or scrape moss from the roof surface. Aggressive removal can strip protective granules and damage the shingles. Some roofs need more than one treatment; any further treatment is a separate visit, priced at a lower rate because it is a lighter visit, and we agree the price with you before we do it. After treatment, remaining moss typically loosens and weathers off naturally with wind and rain. We agree the method for your roof with you before we start.
A full Pacific Pride Roofing Roof Tune-Up includes a whole-surface treatment and hand removal of loose moss. A further treatment later is a separate visit at a lower price, agreed with you first. The annual preventative visit is the treatment only, without the moss removal, the gutters or the inspection.

How are roof repairs priced?
Roof repairs are billed at a $349 minimum service fee, which includes the first hour on site, then $98.50 per hour and materials, plus Washington sales tax.
A repair visit starts with finding where the water is actually getting in, which is often nowhere near where it shows up inside.

Both need a measurement of your eaves before there is a real number, so these are quoted rather than sold at a published price.
